Double Impeller Filter Press Feed Pump

Kerte filter press feed pump suits for various occasions such as coal dressing, environmental protection, aluminum plant, steel plant, smelting, etc. The special hydraulic design insures the pump performance curve is steeper than common slurry pump, from big flow & small pressure to small flow & high head.

In the early process of feeding, the valve is not used to control the motor overload caused by excessive flow. At the same time, the low pressure will not impact the filter plate frame, which reduces the damage of the filter cloth on the filter plate frame, and will not impact the filter plate to cause vibration, avoid pump holding, no leakage.

1. Special sealing device, Sunbo use lip seal and high-class carbon fiber packing, wear-resistant shaft sleeve to insure zero leakage with long time running.

2. The double-impeller design, make a much longer life time of the feed slurry pump. Two impellers share the inner high pressure seperately, decdrease the impeller and casing wear out.

3. High abrasion resistance material, all wear parts made of  Cr20, Cr17, increase the life time maximally.

4. Early Stage: Big flow, small pressure; Later stage: small flow, big pressure.

5.The filter feeding doesn't need frequency to adjust speed. It can used for high concentration medium.
